INFORM RMIS is a professionally developed and supported risk management information system. It is primarily run as a hosted solution, although we do support in house systems.
It provides a wealth of different reports and functionality through a truly web based solution. All you need is a browser on your desktop to access any INFORM report or system module.
Account Management Services
INFORM utilizes a somewhat different approach to serving a client. We use a direct approach. We don’t use middle men or someone to pass the buck, which slows down response and adds bureaucracy to otherwise simple requests. An Account Executive is assigned who is responsible for YOUR account from data to reporting needs. The INFORM A/E is responsible for understanding your business and to get you results. This gives you our customer a high quality level of service.
Data Consolidation
No RMIS system offering would be complete without professional data conversion programs and support. When you buy INFORM RMIS, you buy data consolidation and data conversion to get your data in accurately. Data is reconciled before your data is available for reporting. Each load is signed off by a data warehousing specialist. If a problem arises with the source data we help solve it with you.
