Application Service Provider (ASP)
INFORM Applications is an Application Service Provider (ASP) specializing in Insurance and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) software. We utilize a IBM R6000 UNIX-based computer to support our applications and offer you 24x7 access to our system.
Your data is safe and secure. Our server is housed in a full-service Data Center with experienced, professional staff on hand. Comprehensive Disaster Recovery procedures further safeguard your data. In addition, INFORM Applications has successfully completed a SAS 70 Type I service auditor’s review of its INFORM solutions. The audit was performed by a nationally recognized independent auditing firm, and was completed in January 2008. INFORM has engaged its service auditor to a long-term contract whereby INFORM will undergo a Type 2 audit on an annual basis.
A PC, Internet Explorer, and Internet access are all that are required to access the INFORM RMIS. We even support handheld/PDA devices for access to your RMIS. This gives our customers ultimate flexibility in accessing their database from wherever, whenever, or however they choose on a user-by-user basis.
Data Conversion
INFORM's data management experts can handle virtually any data from any source: broker, carrier, TPA, MGA, or proprietary data sources.
Data Consolidation
INFORM specializes in consolidating disparate historical loss data (claims, payments, notes, etc.) for all your inquiry, reporting, and analysis needs.
Ongoing Data Loads
In addition to the conversion and consolidation of historical loss information, INFORM can manage all of your ongoing data feeds at whatever frequency you prefer -- daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Further, we act as your liaison with each vendor (e.g., carrier or TPA) to ensure timely and accurate ongoing data loads.

Every data conversion and load routine is subjected to a rigorous quality control process and the scrutiny of our expert data management staff. No data is loaded until its 100% right -- the integrity of your data is our utmost concern.
